The sale is using a Multi-Par System. You can bid on one lot or make combinations with any or all the lots. All lots and combinations remain open until there are no bids placed for 2 minutes. At this time the high bidders will be the buyers.

If there is an update sheet posted on www.kreegerdairy.com auction page prior to the sale. Any updates on that will take precedence over other information listed in the sale catalog and on the auction site, However the updates will be added to the auction site.

Load out will be March 23, 2023 unless other arrangements are made prior to the sale.

All lots sell by the head

Bids will be place per head, after the sale we will email you an invoice. Each lot's total price will be Bid Price x 25 Head

The individuals in each lot will be determined by a gate cut a loading, if there is a heifer that needs to be taken out we will sort her off or the buyer can come sort at loading if they want to sort there own cattle. Therefore the number in a lot or purchased may vary from the lot listed on this sale. Seller Furnished Information on these lots and a K&A Team Member has not viewed the cattle, Mr. Hatcher will ensure 100% Buyer Satisfaction on these groups.

Bidding & Sale Process: The Sale will be conducted in a Multi-Par auction format. You can bid online or any member of the sale team can bid for you or have you on the phone the phone during the sale. The Sale begins closing at 1:00 PM, The sale will be remain open until no bids have been place on any of the lots or combinations for 2 minutes. When the sale closes the high bid will be the buyer

All Lots sell with 100% Buyer satisfaction

If the buyer does not like the cattle after viewing them prior to loading at the sellers farm, they do not have to take ownership of them, however once they are loaded and leave the sellers farm they are sold on an “As Is” basis with no warranty, expressed or implied and are the property of the buyer. Once they are loaded, Bulls are sold as is, no guarantees on fertility, behavior or performance. No refunds will be given.

All are lots sell as “Sort At Loading”– we will sort any off that need to be, therefore the head count may very. Lots will sell by the head.

Payment Terms

All cattle must be paid for in full before they are loaded.

Payment must be made in good check or wire transfer to Kreeger and Associates, LLC. The buyer will be invoiced for the full amount. Kreeger and Associates will hold the funds until the cattle are loaded. If any difference after loading the balance will be refunded. All bids are in US funds.

Trucking Details: Kreeger and Associates, LLC will assist with load outs and handle arrangements for the trucks.

Health Warranty: Proper health certificates will be provided when required any additional testing cost will be the responsibility of the buyer. The results of any future health test is not guaranteed. No iswarranted to be free of Johnes or any other infectious disease. For animals that travel outside of the state of origin the buyer will be responsible for the legal importation of cattle into that state, please check prior to the sale.
